I brought my mom’s car there for a few rust spots and inspection. First the receptionist was short with me and very unfriendly. A gentleman came out, took a few pictures and said I’d get an email. It’s been a month. Talked to 4 different people there. Was actually transferred to the gentleman that took the pictures He said oh I see it right here, you’ll get it this afternoon. No email. I get that they’re busy and if they couldn’t do it, fine, just let me know. It’s called communication and customer service and this place has neither. Take your car elsewhere.

Very professional employees that take pride in their work. Their work is done with customer satisfaction. I personally know most of these employees. Give them a call or stop by sometime. You'll be glad you did!

Very professional, courteous and got the job done when they said they would. they even handled the return of my rental, making it very convenient for me.

Ras did an outstanding job on my 10 yr old Chevy 2500. Said it would be done in a week and they came through. Couldn't be happier. Taking a second car there for some rust work soon. Highly recommend.

Was disappointed in the workmanship I saw on my van. When I first picked it up the work wasn't complete dropped it off again and when they did that work there was other damage on my vehicle that wasn't there before. I decided to investigate the vehicle a little more and saw rusted parts put on my van. The bumper support is completely rusted. There was an area on the rear replacement door where there was rust and they painted right over it instead of actually fixing it. There were scratches on the bumper when I picked it up the second time along with a different bumper step that was damage. Unfortunately I had to call my insurance company and they told me to go to another body shop and hopefully get it taken care of. Update 9/10/2023..just posted another pic of my rear door... it's only been about 4 months or so and the rust is already making it through the paint and door, my other one was completely rust free, hopefully tomorrow when I take it to the other body shop it will be done professionally and properly. Update:: My caravan ended up being totaled. RAS Autobody didn't even come close to fixing my van properly. They actually glued and shimmed my brake light back on my van amon
